We decided to purchase a Volkswagen Beetle and after hours of googling during a weekend we spotted the Silver 2014 demo at your Wangara store.
Having approach our local Volkwagen dealer about purchasing a Beetle in their car yard we found them to be very unprofessional and not at all helpful. We are still not too sure why we recieved the poor service.
We contacted you around lunch time the same day and within 24 hours we were proud owners of the silver 2014 Volkswagen Beetle.

Our salesmen Chris bent over backwards to look after us. There was NO pushy selling despite our interest in 2 different brands of car. Honda were a tad pushy and the Volkswagen was a much nicer car in the end. Our only concerns were the previous recall issues with the engine. That in itself nearly broke the deal, but management assured us those issues have been dealt with. All departments of Volkswagen Wangara were extremely helpful from sales to finance to management. If we choose Volkswagen again, our loyalty would remain at Wangara.

Joe Tarantolo and Gareth Ward were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right car and took a lot of their times to help me out. I was going to buy a Passat from a private seller in Adelaide but Gareth did absolutely everything in his power to make sure that I understand the risks of buying an expensive car off an interstate seller and managed to convince me to buy off a local dealer. Gareth also spent a lot of time with me during my test drive and did not rush me back to the dealership even though it was already nearing the closing time.
Joe played a big part in the price negotiation and he understood my current situation that I was already spending way over my own budget. At the end, we were able to come to terms that we were both happy with and now I am a proud Wangara VW customer!

Dear Wangara Volkswagen,
Last Saturday, my 2011 Amarok developed problems with the Turbo. I drove straight to Wangara Volkswagen. Being a saturday the service department was closed. Sam, the Dealer Principal was very helpful and we took my Amarok for a drive, however the problem did not occur again.
Of course on the drive home the problem happened again.
I contacted Sam and booked my ute in for monday morning.
After dropping my Amarok off with Glen Barlow on monday, I was advised by Glen that the vehicle needed $1500 worth of repairs.
Now my Amarok was just out of New car warranty and I expected to pay for the repairs. However I politely asked Glen to contact Volkswagen Australia and tell them about my Amarok having low KM (50000) and being just out of Warranty. Maybe they could give me a bit of goodwill?
The next day I got a call from Glen informing me that Volkswagen decided to cover parts and labour 100%. I had to pay NOTHING.
I picked my vehicle up the next day. It had been washed and detailed by Wangara Volkswagen as well.
I was very impressed with Glen Barlow and thank him again for all his help. Thank you Glen.
I can HIGHLY recommend Wangara Volkswagen to any potenial buyer.
The Service you get is amazing. Thank you again everybody.

I recently purchased a new Golf Turbo diesal and its a great car to drive does everything i would have expected from German engineering but when you pull up to a service station and fill a diesal up with petrol all of a sudden things change.
After realising my genuine mistake and then understanding why the car took an eternity to fill i was using the wrong pump anyway lets move on.
I did not start the car & with the assistance of a helper i parked the Golf away from the fuel stn and the phoned the 1800 assitance and the lady on the phone was great i told her what had occured and keeping in mind i live in Northam about 120kms east of Wangara and within 30mins the Golf was loaded on to a tilt truck and on its way to Wangara VW then once its arrived to that destination the service mng has phoned me to advise me that the car had arrived and that they would look at it on the Monday
Come Monday mid morning i recieved a call from Wangara VW to say that the car was sorted & ready for me to pick up.
I actually thought good old fashioned service was dead & buried not in this case its alive & well
